Jonathan Lin has more than five years of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience across a diverse range of financial institutions. Mr. Lin has advised and financed both privately held and publicly listed companies in the depository and non-depository sectors. These non-depository sectors include broker-dealers, asset and wealth managers, exchanges, market-makers and trading companies, financial technology and business services companies, consumer finance companies, commercial finance companies, business development companies (“BDCs”) and real estate investment trusts (“REITS”). Mr. Lin has also advised financial sponsors who are actively involved in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Lin was an investment banking professional at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc.

Mr. Lin graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
