Terry Lynner has over 30 years of transaction experience in the accounting, securities law and investment banking industries. Mr. Lynner has broad industry experience in the recycling, building products, financial services, industrial products/manufacturing, and technology/telecom categories with particular expertise in the aerospace, automotive, consumer, capital equipment, education, insurance, construction, metals, and plastics industries.

Mr. Lynner has served on boards of directors of publicly held and privately held companies, as well as charitable organizations. In addition, he has been a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions-related topics throughout the country and has provided expert testimony to the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Mr. Lynner is a Certified Public Account (CPA). Mr. Lynner joined Goldsmith Agio Company in 1989 and became a shareholder in 1995 at which time the firm was renamed Goldsmith Agio Helms & Lynner LLC. That firm was sold to Lazard. in August, 2007 and now does business as Lazard Middle Market.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, he was a vice president for Piper Jaffray, a major regional investment banking firm, where he was a senior member of the financial institutions group. As a foundation for his investment banking activities, Mr. Lynner practiced law for several years as corporate counsel and in private practice.

Mr. Lynner graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree and a juris doctorate from the University of Minnesota. He attended college on the Evans Scholarship.
