Eric Roth has over one decade of experience advising public and private companies on all phases of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring transactions. He is a member of the firm's retail group, focusing on multi-channel, direct-to-consumer and specialty retail. Mr. Roth also has extensive experience in the consumer products, industrial products, business services and plastics packaging industries.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Roth was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, a New York-based, international law firm. He is a member of the New York bar and the Illinois bar. He is also a registered representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.

Mr. Roth received a juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in economics-political science from Columbia University.
