Neil Weinstein has extensive mergers and acquisitions transaction experience across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, industrials, transportation, business services and consumer products.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Weinstein was a vice president in mergers and acquisitions investment banking at Piper Jaffray, where he worked on numerous sell-side assignments for both public and private companies, leveraged buyouts, corporate divestitures, private placements, fairness opinions and restructuring assignments. Previously, Mr. Weinstein was a senior financial analyst at Northwest Airlines, and he also has extensive legislative and communications strategy experience.

Mr. Weinstein received a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in finance and strategy from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
